Art Array 2024 [Juried Exhibition]

Call for Entries: Art Array 2024

The Muscatine County Arts Council cordially invites local artists residing within a 50-mile radius of Muscatine, Iowa to submit their work for consideration in our prestigious juried art exhibition, Art Array 2024.

Submission Guidelines:

• Deadline: Artists may submit up to two original pieces for consideration by January 23rd, 2024.
• Jurors: Esteemed jurors for this exhibition are:
  • Peter Ziao, Professor and Artist at Augustana College
  • Kristin Quinn, Professor of Art at Saint Ambrose University
• Selection Criteria: The jurors will evaluate entries based on originality of concept, technique, and impact.
• Application Process:
  • Artists must complete the application form.
  • Submit a digital image of each artwork.
  • Include a $25 entry fee per submission.
• Exhibition Dates: The exhibition will open on March 21st and remain on view through June 2nd, 2024.
• Prizes:
  • First Place: $500
  • Second Place: $300
  • Third Place: $200
• Reception: Join us for the exhibition’s opening reception on Thursday, April 4th, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
