COME, INTO THE GARDENS! Garden Tour Fundraiser

Explore five spectacular gardens of Muscatine, Saturday, June 14 as part of the Muscatine County Arts Council first ever Garden Tour fundraiser to support the arts organization.

Gardens featured on the tour include: Stanley Center For Peace & Security located at 304 Iowa Ave, Muscatine; Muscatine Pollinator Park, 700 South Houser Street, Muscatine; Japanese Gardens at Muscatine Art Center, 1314 Mulberry Ave, Muscatine; Weed Park Rose & Zoo Gardens, Park Drive, Muscatine; and Historic West Hill Olson Private Gardens at 407 W 2nd St, Muscatine. The Japanese Gardens and Olson Private Gardens will feature refreshments, live music and live painting demonstrations.

The Garden Tour theme: “COME, INTO THE GARDENS!” is based on an original painting by Muscatine artist Jim Elias. The Muscatine County Arts Council has created exclusive souvenir merchandise featuring Elias’ art.  A reusable tote bag and coffee mug emblazoned with the painting and the MCAC Garden Tour logo offer attendees a nice way to celebrate the arts daily.

Pre-ordered Garden Tour tickets are available now in a variety of packages featuring the souvenir merchandise.  The Couples/Friends Package includes 2 garden tour tickets, 1 tote bag, 2 coffee mugs for $100; the Tote Package includes 1 garden tour ticket, 1 tote bag for $50; a Coffee Mug Package includes 1 garden tour ticket, 1 coffee mug $35; and single ticket may be pre-ordered for $20. Single Ticket prices will go up to $30 after pre-order date. Pre-order by May 26 for special packages & prices.
