The Muscatine County Arts Council is once again showcasing works by artists within a 50-mile radius of Muscatine in their annual Art Array juried exhibition. Brian Allen, previous lead at Quad City Arts and the German American Heritage Center and Museum, and Christopher Irwin, Instructional Designer at Eastern Iowa Community College, were this year’s jurors, and have selected recipients for cash prizes, scoring entries on originality of concept, technique, and impact.

Congratulations to first prize winner F. NeVada Baker for Four Sisters with Pearls.
Cory Christiansen was awarded second place, and Ken Urban received third place. The four artists to receive honorable mentions are Amber Williams, Shelley Lawson, Sharon Beckman, and Peter T Xiao.
The public is invited to view the entered artwork including first, second, and third place winners of this year’s competition and the artwork receiving honorable mention.
The exhibition is on display at the Muscatine Art Center until May 31, 2026. Admission is FREE.
