The Mission of the Muscatine County Arts Council (MCAC) is to provide support for the arts as well as cultural & entertainment opportunities for the greater Muscatine County Area. We believe the arts play a strong role in maintaining a vibrant & interesting community by enriching the lives of Muscatine County’s citizens and visitors.

The Muscatine County Arts Council is a non-profit group dedicated to the promotion of the arts through unique entertainment & educational projects & events for the communities in Muscatine County. The Muscatine County Arts Council is a member of the Muscatine Cultural Alliance.
